Mookies or Coofins
This is a completely selfish post because I just ate one of these baked creations for breakfast (okay, two) and don't want to forget how I made them. I could write down the recipe on a piece of paper, but then there would be a 100% chance of me losing it. So I'll save it digitally. And share it with anyone interested. I wanted to make cookies and was feeling lazy and found a box of cake mix in the way back of the pantry. From there, this is what happened: 1 box of white cake mix 2 beaten eggs 5 Tablespoons melted butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 or so cups of white chocolate chips that I chopped up into little pieces Mix it all together. Put in well greased mini muffin tins and bake at 350 for ~15 minutes. It's a cake mix, to make a cookie, shaped like a muffin. The world is our canvas, people.
